Delivery/Returns

How long it'll take before your package arrives:

Ground Advantage 2 - 5 business days.

Priority: 2 - 3 business days.

Express: 1 - 3 business days.

International: 7 - 14 business days.

All shipping costs depend on a few different factors, some of which are:

• If your package is being shipped within the US or anywhere else

• Total weight of the package

I am not responsible for any fees required by customs. All shipping fees that are provided are shown to you alongside the service and estimated shipping time upon checkout.

I am also not responsible if your package is lost/missing by usps or any other shipping service used because I have no control over what happens to a package once it has left my house. Also every package is insured so it will qualify for a missing mail search and an insurance claim for damaged or missing contents.

If you included the wrong address you must let me know straight away, if the item has already been shipped I cannot refund or re post until I receive the item back to me. I will refund minus the postage cost or re post at your cost. If the item is not returned to me, I cannot refund you as it is not my responsibility if the address was incorrect.

I do not currently accept returns due to items being handmade, however if there is an issue with your order such as rips or stains upon arrival please do get in touch straight away so I can resolve it.
